TL;DR: No. Dishwashing Liquid is Dermatest tested, so it's skin-safe during normal dishwashing use. But it's designed to clean dishes, not to wash skin. For hand washing, use a dedicated hand soap.

Can I use Dishwashing Liquid as hand soap?

No. Koh Dishwashing Liquid is Dermatest tested for skin tolerance, so it's safe to handle and skin-safe during normal dishwashing use. But it's designed to clean dishes (lift food residue, cut grease, rinse cleanly off plates and glassware) not to wash skin. Hand soaps are formulated specifically for skin care during regular use. For hand washing, use a dedicated hand soap. Incidental skin contact during dishwashing is fine.
