How do I use Scrubby Pads?Updated 3 days ago

TL;DR: Scrubby Pads have a textured non-scratch scrub side and a soft microfibre wipe-down side over an absorbent sponge core. Wet the pad first, scrub with the textured face in circular motions, flip to the microfibre side to wipe, then rinse and air-dry. Wash separately at 30°C max, no bleach or softeners, line dry. Pairs with Universal Cleaner and Bathroom & Shower Cleaner.

How do I use Scrubby Pads?

Wet the pad, then scrub with the textured non-scratch side using light circular motions. Flip to the soft microfibre side to wipe away loosened grime and absorb excess liquid for a streak-free finish. Rinse under warm water, squeeze gently without twisting, and air-dry on the edge or hanging. Works with Universal Cleaner and Bathroom & Shower Cleaner. Wash separately at 30 degrees max, no bleach or softeners, line dry only.

Scrub and lift

1

Wet the pad. A quick soak activates both the scrub face and the absorbent sponge core.

2

Add cleaner. Spray Universal Cleaner onto the surface or directly onto the pad.

3

Scrub. Use the textured non-scratch side on soap scum, grease, or baked-on spills. Work in light circular motions.

Flip and finish

4

Flip and wipe. Switch to the smooth microfibre side to lift loosened grime and absorb excess liquid for a streak-free finish.

5

Rinse the pad. Hold under warm water, squeeze out residue without twisting, and repeat if needed.

6

Air-dry. Stand the pad on its edge or hang it so air can circulate. Keeps the sponge core fresh.

How should I care for Scrubby Pads?

For stubborn spots, let the cleaner sit for a minute or two before scrubbing and use light pressure, since the scrub face is effective without heavy force. When the pad needs a deeper clean, wash it separately at 30 degrees maximum with no bleach or fabric softeners, then line dry. Keep the pad away from boiling water and harsh chemicals, which degrade the microfibre and the foam core. Replace a pad once the sponge becomes too soft, thin, or frayed to clean effectively.

⚠ What shortens a pad's life

No bleach and no fabric softeners, since both degrade the microfibre and the foam core. Keep the pad away from boiling water and harsh chemicals for the same reason, and stay under 30°C when washing. Replace a pad once the sponge becomes too soft, thin, or frayed to clean effectively.
