What materials is Ultra Pro Cloth made from?
✓ Microfibre body
1000 GSM twisted loop-cut pile, knitted in a circular weave. An 80% polyester and 20% polyamide microfibre blend. Polyester gives structure and durability, polyamide adds softness and moisture uptake.
✓ Edge and treatment
Faux-suede binding stops the edges fraying without risking scratches on glass or polished stainless steel. A nano-silver treatment gives the cloth antibacterial and deodorising properties, so it stays fresher between washes.

The dense loop-cut pile maximises surface area for liquid uptake and dust trapping, which is what drives the high absorbency. The polyamide share boosts absorbency and glide compared with an all-polyester cloth.

How absorbent is Ultra Pro Cloth?
✓ More than 11 times its weight in water
The 1000 GSM loop-cut pile pulls liquid into the fibres and holds it there, which is why the cloth leaves worktops, mirrors and stainless steel streak-free in a single wipe.
✓ Keep it gliding
If the cloth feels like it is dragging rather than gliding, the surface is too dry. Apply a little more Universal Cleaner or water and the loop pile will grip and move smoothly. Microfibre needs liquid to lubricate, not to soak.
Does the material change how I wash it?
⚠ Avoid
Fabric softener coats the fibres and reduces absorbency. Bleach breaks down the weave. Cotton sheds lint the microfibre will grab. High heat and ironing damage the loop pile permanently.
