How do I return something?Updated 2 hours ago
TL;DR: There are two separate routes. Koh's 30-day money-back guarantee refunds the price you paid plus the original postage charges. Your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 lets you cancel for any reason or none. The 30-day guarantee is in addition to your statutory 14-day cancellation right, not a replacement for it.

How do I return something?
The two routes sit side by side. The 30-day money-back guarantee is Koh's own policy. The 14-day cancellation right is yours by law. The 30-day guarantee is in addition to your statutory 14-day cancellation right, not a replacement for it, so you can use whichever suits your situation.

What does the 30-day money-back guarantee cover?
If you are not totally satisfied within 30 days of delivery, return the products for a full refund of the price paid plus the original postage charges. This applies to products bought on the Koh online store.
You pay the cost of returning the products, unless the products were defective.
Once the return has been validated, the refund is processed and confirmed by email within 5 business days.
What is my 14-day right to cancel?
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason or none. The 14-day period starts the day after you, or someone you nominate, receives them.
✓ Tell Koh before the period expires
Email [email protected], use the model cancellation form on the terms of service page, or send any other clear written communication.
✓ Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying
You pay the return postage unless the goods are faulty.
✓ Koh refunds within 14 days
The full price plus the standard outbound delivery charge, within 14 days of Koh receiving the goods or evidence you have sent them back. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than standard, only the standard delivery cost is refunded.
You may handle and inspect the goods as you would in a shop. Handling beyond that may mean a deduction from your refund to reflect the reduced value of the goods.
How do I start a return or a cancellation?
Both routes start the same way. Email [email protected] with your order number and which items you are returning, or get in touch through the contact page.
If you are using your statutory 14-day right to cancel, make sure your message reaches Koh before the 14-day period expires. The cancellation is triggered by you notifying Koh, not by the parcel arriving back.
Start a return, cancel an order, or ask which route fits your situation.
