No. Koh cannot update the email address on an existing account. The email address is the verified identity tied to your account, your order history and your account preferences, so rewriting it on request would create a route for someone to take over an account that is not theirs. The way forward is to delete the old account and register a new one on the email address you use now. Order history does not transfer between accounts, so the new account starts fresh.

If you can no longer access the old account because the email address is closed or out of use, contact the Koh UK team. Before an account can be deleted we have to confirm you own it, and that needs three things: the full email address on the account, the postcode of your last Koh delivery, and the first and last name on the account. Once those are confirmed we delete the old account for you. If you cannot supply all three, the account stays on file in line with the Koh privacy policy and is removed automatically at the end of the standard retention period. A dormant account follows the same automatic process.

If Koh changed email addresses on request, someone who contacted us pretending to be you could point your account at an address they control and read everything in it. Requiring a fresh sign-up on the new address, and verified ownership before any deletion, keeps that door shut. It is the same reason sign-in codes only ever go to the contact details already on the account.
