No. Koh cannot edit or delete a review left on Facebook. A review or recommendation posted on Facebook is held by Facebook and belongs to the person who wrote it, so only its author can change the wording, change the rating, or remove it. Koh does not have the ability to alter someone else's post. What Koh does do is hide comments that are abusive or offensive towards our community, which is a moderation action on the comment rather than a change to anyone's review.

Because the review is yours, you can edit or delete it yourself from within Facebook. Find the post or recommendation on your own Facebook activity, or on the page where you left it, and use Facebook's own edit and delete options. Koh cannot do this on your behalf and cannot see the controls on your account. If Facebook's own help pages do not cover what you are trying to do, that is a question for Facebook rather than for Koh.

Koh hides comments that are abusive or offensive towards our community. That covers abuse aimed at other customers and at the people who work here. It is not used to hide criticism: a negative review that is fairly expressed stays up, because honest feedback is the point of having reviews at all. If you think something has been hidden in error, contact the Koh UK team and we will look at it.
