Every order receives a tracking number, sent in your dispatch confirmation email. Koh UK orders are delivered by three carriers: Amazon Shipping handles most deliveries, Yodel delivers Northern Ireland, and Royal Mail covers remote and rural areas outside the Amazon network. Each carrier has its own tracking site and its own tracking number format, so the most reliable way to track is the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email, which names your carrier and points at the right place. If your parcel is with Amazon Shipping, you can also enter your 12-digit tracking number (e.g. UKXXXXXXXXXX) on Amazon Shipping tracking.

If your tracking number isn't showing any movement yet, it may just need a little time to activate after dispatch. Amazon Shipping tracking numbers can take up to 12 hours to become active. If your parcel is with Yodel or Royal Mail, use the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email, as those carriers track on their own sites.
