How can I update my card or payment details?Updated 6 hours ago

TL;DR: Koh does not store or manage card details, so the team cannot update them for you. Update them with the payment provider you used at checkout, such as Apple Pay, Google Wallet, PayPal or Shop Pay. If your card simply expired, you usually do not need to do anything, because most digital wallets pick up the replacement card from your bank on their own.

How most replacement cards reach your wallet after a reissue

How can I update my card or payment details?

Koh does not store or process full card numbers on its own systems. Payment processing is handled by trusted, PCI-compliant providers such as Apple Pay, Google Wallet, PayPal and Shop Pay, and your card details live with them rather than with Koh. That means Koh cannot see, change or delete your stored card, so any update has to happen with the provider you used at checkout. If you are not sure which provider you used, check your Koh order confirmation email, because the payment method appears in the order details.

My card just expired, do I need to do anything?

In most cases, no. When your bank issues a replacement card, whether for an expiry, a lost card or a fraud reissue, digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Wallet and Shop Pay typically pick up the new card details automatically through the bank's tokenisation system. PayPal also auto-updates linked bank cards in many cases. The new expiry date updates quietly in the background with no action needed from you. If you find your saved card is not being authorised at checkout after a card replacement, that is when you would update it manually with the provider.

How do I update with each payment provider?

To update your card with Apple Pay, open the Wallet app on your iPhone, tap the card you want to update, tap the three dots in the top right, and tap Card Information. From there you can remove and re-add the card, or ask your bank to push the new card details straight to your Wallet. To update Google Wallet, visit pay.google.com or open the Google Wallet app, tap the card, and tap Edit. To update PayPal, log in at paypal.com, go to Wallet, click the card you want to update, then update it or remove and re-add it. To update Shop Pay, go to shop.app, log in, and manage your saved cards from your account settings. For all four, the card data itself lives with the issuing bank, so for an expired card the cleanest fix is usually to ask your bank to push the replacement card to your wallet.
