How do I request a replacement Spray Mop or parts for it?Updated 9 hours ago

TL;DR: Update your delivery address, then send us the batch number and clear photos/videos of the issue. We’ll troubleshoot first to minimise waste; if it’s out of warranty, you can buy the exact spare part you need.


Warranty claims & troubleshooting

Before we replace anything, we’ll guide you through quick fixes to isolate the faulty part. To help us move fast, please provide:

  • Your current delivery address (make sure it’s up to date in your account)
  • Batch number: found on the underside of the mop base (usually upper-right), with two small clock-face dials
  • Photos and/or videos of the issue: show the fault clearly (e.g. leaks, trigger not spraying, loose parts)

Need a replacement part?

If your mop isn’t under warranty, you can still fix it without replacing the whole unit. Grab what you need from our spare parts range.
