What do I do if my Spray Mop plate comes off?

Soak the plate alone in warm, not boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then press the pole in until it clicks. Replace if cracked, chipped or warped. →

Why won't my Mop Pad stick to the Spray Mop Plate?

Press the pad firmly onto the plate and slide it back and forth to engage the hook-and-loop. Both surfaces must be clean and dry. Replace if flat. →
