Koh UK delivery happens in two stages. Orders received before 12pm London time are dispatched the next business day. Once dispatched, delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. The 3 to 5 business day window is counted from dispatch, not from when the order was placed. Your parcel is carried by Amazon Shipping, Yodel or Royal Mail depending on your area.

Orders received before 12pm London time are dispatched the next business day. The cut-off is midday London time, so an order placed at 11am on a Monday is dispatched on Tuesday.

Koh UK orders are delivered by three carriers. Amazon Shipping is the main network and handles most deliveries. Yodel delivers to Northern Ireland. Royal Mail covers remote and rural areas outside the Amazon network. Each carrier has its own tracking site and its own tracking number format, so your dispatch confirmation email names the carrier carrying your parcel and includes the right tracking link. Amazon Shipping tracking numbers are 12 digits, formatted UKXXXXXXXXXX, and can take up to 12 hours to become active after dispatch.

If your parcel has not arrived within 3 to 5 business days of dispatch, check the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email first, as Amazon Shipping tracking numbers can take up to 12 hours to activate.
