I have not received a reply to my support requestUpdated 3 days ago
TL;DR: Koh UK aims to reply to most support requests within 2 business days. Our human support team works Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 Australian Eastern time, which falls overnight in the UK, so a message you send during your working day is picked up while the UK sleeps and the reply is usually waiting in your morning. If it has been longer, check your spam folder and reply to your original confirmation email rather than opening a second ticket. Chat is available 24/7 if you want an answer sooner.

I have not received a reply to my support request
Koh UK aims to get back to you within 2 business days on most support requests. That target is published on the Koh UK contact page.
Our human support team works Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 Australian Eastern time (AEST/AEDT), and is closed at weekends and on major Australian public holidays.
Australian business hours fall overnight in the UK. A message you send during your working day is picked up while the UK sleeps, so the reply is usually waiting for you in the morning.
If it has been longer, check your spam, junk and promotions folders before anything else, then reply to your original confirmation email. Opening a second ticket splits your conversation across two cases and slows the answer down.
It has been more than 2 business days, what should I do?
Check your spam, junk and promotions folders
Our reply is most likely to be filtered on the first email we send to your address.
Reply to your original confirmation email
Do not open a new request. Replying keeps the full thread together. A duplicate has to be merged or closed before anyone can answer it, which costs you time.
No confirmation email at all?
That is a sign your original message did not reach us. Send a fresh one with your order number and any photos that help.
What slows a reply down?
⚠ A few things push a reply beyond the usual window
- Peak periods such as sales events and product launches raise ticket volume
- Missing details add back-and-forth time. Include your order number, photos where something is damaged, and device details for a technical problem
- External checks with the warehouse or a supplier take longer, and we will tell you when that applies
- Several messages about the same issue slow things down rather than speeding them up. One request per issue is enough
The more detail you include up front, the faster it can be resolved. If it is urgent, such as a safety issue, a leaking parcel or a missing delivery, say so in your subject line.
Can I get help while I wait?
Koh UK chat is available 24/7 and is AI-assisted, so it can answer most questions immediately from the help centre, product information and your account. Order tracking, subscription changes, product use and policy questions usually do not need to wait for the team.
If chat cannot fully resolve your case it passes the conversation to the team with the full context, so you do not have to repeat yourself, and the team picks it up during Australian business hours.
Send a new request, or reply to an existing one, through the Koh UK contact page.
