There is nothing to reset, because Koh accounts do not use passwords. To sign in, go to the Koh UK sign-in page, enter the email address or mobile number on your account, and we send a one-time code to that email address or phone. Type the code into the sign-in screen and you are taken straight to your account. Codes are single use and expire a few minutes after they are sent, so request a fresh one if yours has gone stale. If the code does not arrive, check your spam or promotions folder first.

We send a one-time code to that email address or phone. Codes are single use and expire a few minutes after they are sent.

Enter the code and you are in

Type the code into the sign-in screen. You go straight to your account, with no password required.

My sign-in code is not arriving, what now?

If your one-time sign-in code is not arriving, the usual causes are that it has landed in your spam or promotions folder, that you entered a different email address or mobile number to the one on your account, that your phone has poor signal, or that there is a short delivery delay. Wait a couple of minutes, then request a new code from the sign-in page. The new code replaces any earlier one, so only the most recent code will work. If you have tried both email and SMS and nothing arrives, contact the Koh UK team with the contact details on your account and we will help.

A few things to check:

  • Spam or promotions folder, where codes often land on a first sign-in
  • The right email address or mobile number, because the code only goes to the contact details on your account
  • Wait a couple of minutes, as SMS can be slow in poor signal areas
  • Request a new code from the sign-in page. The new one replaces any earlier code, so only the most recent will work

Why does Koh not use passwords?

Koh uses passwordless sign-in because it is both more secure and easier to use. Passwords are the weak point in most account security: people reuse them across sites, they get exposed in other companies' data breaches, and they are the target of phishing. One-time codes remove all three problems. There is no stored password to steal, each code expires within minutes and works only once, and every sign-in confirms that you have access to the verified email address or phone on your account, which is harder to fake than guessing or stealing a password.
