TL;DR: If your parcel is with Amazon Shipping, the tracking number can take up to 12 hours to become active after dispatch. Koh UK also ships with Yodel (Northern Ireland) and Royal Mail (remote and rural), and those parcels track on their own sites, so check the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email. If it's still not working, get in touch with our support team.

Why isn't my tracking number working yet?
It may just need time to activate
If your parcel is with Amazon Shipping, the tracking number may take up to 12 hours to become active. If you're checking soon after your dispatch confirmation email arrived, this is the most likely reason.
Or you may be on the wrong carrier's site
Koh UK orders don't all travel with the same carrier. Amazon Shipping handles most deliveries, Yodel delivers Northern Ireland, and Royal Mail covers remote and rural areas. Each has its own tracking site and its own tracking number format, so a number entered on the wrong site won't be recognised.
Your dispatch confirmation email names the carrier carrying your parcel and includes the right tracking link, so start there.
