Something in my order is broken or missingUpdated 10 days ago
TL;DR: Damaged items and missing items are handled slightly differently, so Koh UK has a separate article for each. If something arrived broken or faulty, read An item in my order arrived damaged. If something has not turned up at all, read Why am I missing part of my order? Both articles tell you exactly what the support team needs from you.

Why are damaged and missing items handled differently?
A damaged item is already with you, so the question is what the team can see and what your rights are under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
A missing item may not be a problem yet. Larger orders can arrive in more than one parcel, so the first step is checking whether there is more than one tracking number on your order.
If you are not sure which applies, or your order is both damaged and incomplete, get in touch and the team will pick it up from there.
Where to find your tracking number, and how to spot a second parcel on the same order.
Not sure which applies? Get in touch and the team will take it from there.
