TL;DR: If Stain Remover feels too runny or too thick, it's usually temperature related. Bring the bottle back to room temperature and shake gently to restore consistency. Cleaning performance isn't affected.
Why does it happen?

Stain Remover contains xanthan gum, a thickener that keeps the ingredients evenly suspended in the bottle. Xanthan gum gets thinner in heat and more gel-like in cold. Storage or delivery temperature swings can change how the spray feels without affecting cleaning performance.

Leave the bottle at room temperature for 30 to 60 minutes.
Shake gently to remix.
