What is Reviews.io?
Reviews.io is an independent third-party review platform. Koh UK uses it to collect and host the product reviews shown on uk.koh.com, rather than writing or storing them in-house.
The ratings on Koh product pages and on the Koh UK reviews page are drawn from it.
How will I get a review request?
Watch for the invitation email
About two weeks after your order, Reviews.io emails you asking whether you would like to review what you bought.
Cannot find it? Check spam
A first message from a new sender is the one most likely to be filtered into spam, junk or promotions.
Or skip the email entirely
You do not have to wait for it. You can review from the product page whenever you like.
Can I leave a review without the email?
✓ Review from the product page
Open the product you want to review on uk.koh.com, scroll to the reviews section, and leave your feedback there. It goes to the same place as a review submitted through the invitation email.
✓ Useful if the email has not arrived
You do not need the invitation to leave a review, and you can review something you bought a while ago.
Can I change or remove a review I left?
A review you submit belongs to you rather than to Koh, and Koh does not edit the wording of customer reviews.
If you would like a review corrected or taken down, contact the Koh UK team with the product and the details and we will point you to the right route.
