TL;DR: The address is almost certainly saved in your Shop Pay wallet, which stores it separately from your Koh account. Either edit the address inside Shop Pay at checkout, or scroll past Shop Pay and choose a different payment method so you can type the address in manually.

Why is my old address showing up at checkout?
⚠ Shop Pay stores your address separately
Shop Pay is a third-party wallet run by Shopify, the platform Koh uses for checkout. It saves your shipping address on its own side, much as PayPal does. Updating the address in your Koh account does not change what Shop Pay shows at checkout, because they are two separate stores of the same information.
How do I get the right address showing?
✓ Option 1: edit the address in Shop Pay
At checkout, tap the chevron next to the Ship to address, choose Edit or Add a new address, and save the correct details. You can also manage every saved address directly in your Shop Pay account settings. This updates Shop Pay for future orders too, and does not change your Koh account address or any subscription address.
✓ Option 2: choose a different payment method
Scroll down the checkout page to the alternative payment methods, reveal the other options such as card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, and enter the correct shipping address manually. This bypasses Shop Pay for this order only and leaves your wallet untouched.
My Shop Pay address still will not update, what now?
A couple of quick things to try:
- Manage your saved addresses directly in Shop Pay account settings
- Sign out of Shop Pay, clear your browser cache, then sign back in
- Try a different browser or device in case a cached session is the problem
- Contact Shop Pay support, who manage your wallet directly
Koh cannot see or edit anything inside a Shop Pay wallet. To get your current order placed in the meantime, check out with a different payment method and enter the address manually.
