To pre-soak clothes with Koh Sensitive Laundry Liquid: fill a tub, sink, or bucket with 5 litres of lukewarm water (cool to lukewarm, not hot, hot water can degrade the enzymes and set protein-based stains like sweat and food). Add 2 pumps (8mL) of Sensitive Laundry Liquid and mix through. Submerge garments fully and soak for up to 2 hours, longer than that doesn't add benefit and can stress the fabric. Pre-soaking gives the enzyme system more contact time with stubborn or set-in stains before the main wash, which often makes the difference on heavily soiled items. After soaking, wash as normal in your machine using your usual dose. Not suitable for wool, silk, cashmere, alpaca, mohair, or angora, the enzymes can break these fibres down.
