No. The enzymes break down protein fibres like wool, silk, cashmere and alpaca. Use a wool-or-silk detergent instead. Fine for cotton and synthetics. →

Yes. 2 pumps (8mL) per 5L of lukewarm water, soak up to 2 hours, then wash as normal. Not for wool, silk, or other animal fibres. →

Do I still need to use a bleach whitening detergent with Sensitive Laundry Liquid?

Usually no. Surfactants keep wash water soils suspended so they don't redeposit on whites. Helps prevent greying, won't reverse existing damage. →

What temperature washes can I use Sensitive Laundry Liquid in?

Cold and warm cycles (10-40°C) get the best enzyme performance. Hot cycles up to 90°C still clean but with reduced effectiveness. →

Does Sensitive Laundry Liquid work in front and top loading washing machines?

Yes. Front loaders, top loaders, HE machines, all fine. Cold and warm cycles work best for the enzymes; hot is OK but less effective. →

Can I use Sensitive Laundry Liquid for both whites and colours?

Yes. Same formula handles both. No chlorine bleach to fade colours. Anti-redeposition keeps whites from greying. Mixed loads fine. →

How much should I use per load of laundry? (Dosage)

6 pumps (24 mL) for a normal load, 10 pumps (40 mL) for large or heavily soiled, 4 pumps (16 mL) for small. Each full pump of Laundry Pump is 4 mL. →
